Hey everyone so it’s taken me a long time to join Instagram. However, now I have a purpose to do so. Wanting to show especially women my training programs that help me stay fit and active. Nutritional Science PN1 Certified Recomp Certified I have been travelling now for 3 months therefore have not trained very much at all or eaten properly. So I’m setting myself a 16 week body challenge to see what I am capable of!!
