Mohammad Kaif trolled again on Twitter, this time for tweeting about Triple Talaq Ban

Kaif's Muslim followers asked why he keeps doing these things again and blamed him for being unreligious and asked him not to give views on issues he which he has less knowledge about

Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif once again got badly trolled for his post on Twitter. On August 22, the Supreme Court of India imposed a ‘ban’ on instant Triple Talaq for the next six months and has directed the Parliament to make legislation for the same and if the Parliament fails to bring a law in the next six months, the decision taken by the Supreme Court will continue to prevail. This news brought a sigh of relief for many Muslim women who were victimised.

After this historic verdict, Kaif took to his official Twitter handle to make a welcome tweet, however, he once again was attacked by his followers. His Muslim followers trolled him and blamed him for being blasphemous and asked him to keep his views to himself on issues he which he has less knowledge about. However, many renowned personalities supported this decision by the apex court.

The tweet that Kaif made said,”Welcome decision by Supreme Court to declare #TripleTalaq unconstitutional. Will give Muslim women security. Gender justice is much needed.”

Earlier, he had to face the blow from his followers after he shared a picture of him playing with his son. He was slammed as his followers claimed that playing chess was considered a sin in Islam. They also urged him not to indulge in playing chess ever again.
