Mohammad Kaif, former Indian cricketer better known as a scintillating fielder has turned dad. The 36-year old from Allahabad played a crucial role in the 2003 World Cup, where India emerged second best. The limited overs specialist featured in 125 One Day Internationals amassing 2753 at a decent average of 32.01. His average is a touch on the lower side because he usually came in to bat in the lower middle order. He also was known as a finisher.

Mohammad Kaif took to Twitter to let the world know about the new entrant in the Kaif household. He thanked everyone who send wishes and blessings. The tweet read, ‘What a feeling ! Holding my little bundle of joy .Thank you everyone for your wonderful wishes and prayers.’
