MS Dhoni opens ‘SEVEN store’ in Ranchi, shares picture on Instagram which gets over 3 lakh likes

Soon after the two-year ban on CSK was lifted from CSK, Dhoni posted a photo on Instagram in which he can be seen donning the No.7 CSK Jersey

Former Indian cricket team captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni today announced the opening of the 1st store of SEVEN at his hometown in Ranchi. He shared the photo of him standing inside the store on the Instagram. SEVEN manufactures and markets running, indoor, and athletic-leisurewear apparel and footwear.

While sharing the photo on the Instagram he wrote, “1st store of SEVEN opens at my hometown RANCHI. So much love and affection from the people had to spend some time in the storeroom”. It is known fact that number seven and Dhoni have a close connect so it was no surprise when he was chosen as its brand ambassador last year.

“Interestingly, SEVEN is also the number that I sport on my shirt, which only increases my fondness for the brand. I do hope that Seven’s vision for change become a reality”, Dhoni has said on being chosen as its brand ambassador.

Also in another good news for the former skipper’s fan, a two-year ban on CSK was lifted from CSK after which Dhoni posted a photo on Instagram in which he can be seen donning the No.7 CSK Jersey in his garden outside the garage. Dhoni was the captain of CSK when the team was banned after spot-fixing charges in 2014. Dhoni teased his fans with the photo with the photo and it has been making rounds on the internet ever since.

Dhoni who is still part of Rising Pune Supergiants’ (RPS) has not been approached by the CSK. He was removed from captaincy in IPL 2017 a day before the players’ auction. At that time, Australian skipper Steven Smith led the team who reached the finals of the tournament.
