It doesn’t matter that MS Dhoni is 37 years old. Till date he remains one of the fittest cricketers in the Indian team. Be it running between the wickets, beating youngsters like Hardik Pandya in a sprint or the creative gymnastics he indulges in to save himself from getting stumped. During the 2nd T20I during India vs Australia, Dhoni went to serious lengths to save his wicket.
The second delivery he faced in the match was from leg spinner Adam Zampa, who deceived him with his pace. Dhoni could not hit the ball which was outside his crease. But the 37-year-old made it back in time with a full stretch that spread 2.14 metre (between his front foot and back foot). He prevented himself from falling over by placing right hand on the ground. It seems only Dhoni can stump Dhoni at this stage.
How’s that for a stretch from @msdhoni

The former Indian skipper was under the scanner before the 2nd T20I because of the slow innings in the first T20I at Vishakhapatnam. But Dhoni made up for it with a 23-ball 40 including 3 fours and 3 sixes at a strike rate of 173.91 which was 78.38 in the previous match.
