It seems Pakistan leg-spinner Yasir Shah has recently gone on to confess his crush for Indian yesteryears actress Kajol. Yasir Shah made these revelations on ‘Sawaal Cricket Ka’, hosted by renowned cricket presenter, the gorgeous Zainab Abbas, who invited the leggie and the skipper Sarfraz Ahmed where Yasir made the revelation. In one of the segments of the show, Abbas plays the popular game of “Never Have I ever” with her guests. In the game, she asks some revealing questions to the two cricketers. Meanwhile, the cricketers answer the question by holding a placard which could either have been “I have” or “I have never”.
It is here where all the fun starts. The first question was if the two cricketers felt jealous of the other player, to which both the cricketers held the placard, “I have never”.
Shah first named Lata Mangeshkar unable to understand the question. “Abe! crush ki baat ho rhi hai” mocked Sarfraz Ahmed. After a solid explanation from both Abbas and Sarfraz, Yasir finally spilled the name of Kajol, who starred in a variety of hits such as Gupt, My Name is Khan, Baazigar and many others. Not bad for a young Pakistani cricketer.
It seemed like a friendly chat with the host. The Pakistani team in the meanwhile have been playing great cricket. They recently have beaten Sri Lanka in limited overs cricket and will be hosting them in their backyard soon.
Another funny moment that was the highlight of the interview was when the Pakistan players were asked if they ever gave a fake number to their fans.
To this, Yasir surprisingly said ‘I have’ and revealed that he gave the number of his friend. Meanwhile, Sarfraz, after raising the ‘I never have’ placard, said he was never asked for his phone number. Pretty candid one could say!
