Reports of actor Anushka Sharma getting married to Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli next week are untrue, the Bollywood star’s spokesperson said today. Earlier, India Today confirmed the reports of their marriage which created instant buzz on social media.

The denial came after several TV channels reported that the couple was likely to tie the knot between December 11-13 in Milan.
“There is absolutely no truth to it (rumours of marriage),” Anushka’s spokesperson told PTI,
In October, a newspaper had reported that an Italian wedding may be on the cards for the couple.
The rumours intensified after Virat was rested for the remaining ODI series against Sri Lanka.
The couple, who have been going steady for some time, is ready to become mister and missus. According to India Today, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma aka Virushka, will be tying the knot tentatively on December 9, 10 or 11 and it could be a destination wedding in Italy.

Meanwhile, Virat Kohli the captain of India has been adjudicated as the Man of the Match and Series in the recently concluded India versus Sri Lanka Test series.
