Former Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar has proved again that he is the most popular Indian cricketer, years after retirement. He has proved that he is more popular than star Indian cricketers Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni. Earlier, India lost the 1st One Day International at Wankhede by 6 wickets, thanks to a brilliant batting performance by Tom Latham and Ross Taylor. Virat Kohli had also brought up his 31st century in his 200th ODI. The only other cricketer to have done that apart from Virat Kohli is AB De Villiers. Virat Kohli scored 121 and in the process, he went past Ricky Ponting in terms of scoring centuries.
So what are we talking about?
Did you hear the Wankhede crowd chant ‘Virat, Virat’ when he walked out to bat? Or did you hear the chants of ‘Dhoni, Dhoni’ when the two legends walked into the middle? But if you were not present at the ground on October 22, let us update you that chants of ‘Sachin, Sachin’ were louder than any other chant during the night. Just imagine, Sachin Tendulkar no longer plays actively, yet, Indians still worship him and the video here is the evidence:

Sachin Tendulkar, known as the God of cricket, has the most number of centuries in both ODIs and Tests.
Now, we will also show you what happened when Virat Kohli walked into the middle for his 200th ODI appearance.
