Indian skipper Virat Kohli’s exceptional commitment to the game of cricket has won him admirers across the world . Not only the commoners even international cricketers have warm words for the star batsman. The latest to join the bandwagon of Kohli’s admirers is none other than Pakistani skipper Sarfraz Ahmed. Speaking on a TV show in Pakistan, Ahmed was effusive in his praise for his Indian counterpart.
During the TV interview, Sarfraz was asked who is the better player among Virat and English skipper Joe Root. Sarfraz promptly took Kohli’s name. On being asked about the reason why Virat, Sarfraz stated that both the cricketers are performing well across all the three formats. But when it comes to fitness and fielding, Kohli is better than Root.

On being asked why he doesn’t play the helicopter shot, Sarfraz said,
“I don’t think much about the shots. When I will get a yorker in the perfect region, the helicopter shot will be played by me automatically.”
Sarfraz Ahmed was globally applauded for his captaincy in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017. Under his leadership, the Pakistan cricket team rode to the finals and defeated the Indian cricket team by 280 runs.

On the other hand, both Virat Kohli and Joe Root are busy leading their respective teams in different Test series. Kohli is captaining India against Sri Lanka in the third and the final game while Root is leading England for the first time in the Ashes series.
