Virat Kohli has been in ominous form, to put things in perspective, he has slammed two double hundreds in 7 days. Who on earth won’t envy that! He has also been breaking records at a premium, such has been his form. It started from the Kolkata Test against Sri Lanka, where he got a hundred to steer India out of a precarious situation. Then in the 2nd Test, he got a double ton. Now, in his home ground at Delhi, he has got another double century, this also being his highest ever Test score. He scored a near-run-a-ball 243 to lend India the advantage in the final Test at Delhi.

Virat will now go on a leave that has been permitted by BCCI, to recharge his batteries ahead of the all-important South Africa series, which begins just after the Sri Lanka series.
