It is not the first time Virender Sehwag has trolled someone on their birthday and it would not be his last. But, he has made a habit out of wishing people in his own unique way. Twitterati get perplexed when he sends out a generic birthday wish, but, he rarely does that. This time around it was the former cricketer and commentator Ravi Shastri who was on the receiving end of the troll on his 55th birthday. Sehwag also managed to somehow relate it with Sachin Tendulkar’s biopic, ‘Sachin- A billion dreams’, here’s how.
Sehwag tweeted with an old photograph with Shastri giving him an award. He tweeted, “Hpy B’day [sic] @RaviShastriOfc, just get a feeling that at 55, only 1result possible, Shastri ji has been the real winner. Shaz-A Billion Feelings”

Shastri has been the commentator at two of the most iconic moments in India’s cricketing history. He was commentating when India won the ICC T20 World Cup 2007 when Misbah-ul-Haq played a stupendous shot to get out followed by MS Dhoni’s six to win ICC World Cup 2011.
Shastri was off the commentating scene for a while when he became Team India’s manager. He is expected to commentate in the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 in England & Wales as India look to defend their title starting with the much-awaited India vs Pakistan clash on June 4.
Sehwag too has been away from the commentary action as he was busy mentoring Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) side in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017. It will be a treat to watch Sehwag and Shastri sharing the commentator box.
