The West Indians are no strangers to being show-stoppers. Especially the cricketers are rock stars, regardless where ever they go. The game of cricket would not have been so enjoyable and colourful, had characters like Chris Gayle and Darren Sammy not been there. The West Indian cricketers, especially the modern breed has inspired many youngsters to take to the sport. Both the cricketers are at the twilight of their careers, but what they did during a Caribbean Premier League match caught the eye of everyone and they swooned to the moves of the cricketers. It was a match played between St. Lucia Stars and St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots Team. Both the teams were studded with stars like Chris Gayle, Darren Sammy and international stars like Shane Watson and Mohammad Nabi. The match was taking place at Warner Park, where it started raining after 8 overs. St. Lucia was batting first and they managed to score 46 before the rain gods played spoilsport. They had lost just a solitary wicket of Jonathan Charles.
But during the rain, the ground soon changed its colours and turned out as a party spot. There was music, beer and then there were the cheer leaders to keep the spirits high. But the showstoppers during all of this turned out to be the experienced boys from the Caribbean, Chris Gayle and Darren Sammy. Darren Sammy got on the railings and started flaunting his moves, they were slow and to the beat.

Rain may have forced the umpires to call off play, but no one must have returned home cribbing after the part at Warner Park.
