Former Indian skipper has shared several cute moments with his daughter Ziva. But this one is going to make it to the top of the list. Seems like Dhoni is making up for the time when he wasn’t present at her daughter’s birth due to national duty.
Father Dhoni has been sharing ‘awe’some photos of his daughter Ziva on his Instagram handle lately. On her second birthday, Dhoni shared a cute photo of daughter, calling from a wired phone on her second birthday on February 6.
In 2016 as well he posted a video of Ziva on Independence Day, trying to match the basic left-right-left parade commands.
Dhoni is making the most of his off-time after retiring from Test cricket. After stepping aside from limited-overs captaincy, Dhoni is trying to spend more and more time with his family. He recently played in ODI and T20I series against England.
Dhoni will be playing in Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 starting April 5. He will be captaining Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS). RPS did not live upto the expectations last time around. This time, Dhoni’s main focus will be to take the team into the qualifiers.
He will be back in the national side for ICC Champions Trophy 2017 which is to be held in England starting June 1. The skipper is free of the captaincy pressure now, we might see a few records break by the time Dhoni decides to hang his boots.
