Hardik Pandya took revenge on one of his team members and he is none other than Indian skipper and birthday boy, Virat Kohli. Right after the 2nd India vs New Zealand T20I game ended, the team celebrated their captain’s birthday in style and followed the age-long tradition of putting the cake on the birthday boy’s face. Hence Kohli was also not spared and had his face slopped with cake. Even his hair was styled with icing. While everyone was busy in the celebration, Pandya found a moment to take the revenge of what had happened on his birthday.
When Pandya’s face was made-up with cake on his birthday, he had taken to his Twitter account to express that he would do the same with others on their birthday. He termed this as “revenge.”
Everyone’s birthday comes once a year… revenge will be “sweet”

And today, when the same thing happened with Virat on his 29th birthday, he clicked a selfie with his captain, shared again on his social media handles and captioned.”Revenge no.1 Happy Birthday Skipper”.
Revenge no.

Prior to this celebration, Team India lost the 2nd T20I against New Zealand by 40 runs. The Kiwis won the toss and elected to bat first. Both Kiwi openers, Martin Guptill and Munro gave a terrific start as they made a 105-run partnership for the first wicket. After the end of 20 overs, the Black Caps posted a massive total of 196 runs while Muro remained unbeaten on 109.
