It was one star-studded night that saw cricketers and Bollywood celebrities lock horns against each other on the football field in Andheri. It was a moment to savour for fans of both sporting and entertainment worlds. The All Hearts team led by Virat Kohli won the match comfortably 7-3 with MS Dhoni scoring twice, his goals reminded us of David Beckham. The match also saw Srikanth Anirudh score twice and then there was a Kedar Jadhav’s brace from a Virat Kohli assist. Virat Kohli also scored in the penultimate minute of the match making the goal difference by 4. But it was Shikhar Dhawan who rounded off the night for the All Hearts.
The night certainly belonged to MS Dhoni who set it up for Virat Kohli’s All Hearts. On the other hand, the Ranbir Kapoor-led All Stars managed to put up a decent show with the team captain scoring well. The Celebrity Classico was played to raise funds for the Virat Kohli Foundation. This was the third edition of the Celebrity Classico and undoubtedly the most enthralling till date.
The stadium was packed to the rafters as the fans rooted for their favourite footballer. Manish Pandey came close but could not find the back of the net.
