India’s regular Test wicket-keeper Wriddhiman Saha on January 8 entered his name into the records book after he broke former India’s Test captain MS Dhoni’s record of the most dismissals in a Test by an Indian wicketkeeper. Saha achieved the feat during the ongoing Test match between India and South Africa at Cape Town.
On Day 4 of the first Test match, Saha took a catch of Morne Morkel off Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s delivery, following which Saha became the first Indian to take 10 catches in an away Test.
