19:30 IST: RCB wins toss, elects to bat first!
Welcome to inUth’s digital coverage of Indian Premier League (IPL) 10’s Game 8 between Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). There are still clouds of uncertainties over injured players Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers who have been out of the action for a while. Both the teams have registered one win each in IPL 10 so far. Whereas, KXIP had a comprehensive win against Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS).
RCB had a horrendous start against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) as they lost by 35 runs. They made a comeback in the next game winning the nail-biter against Delhi Daredevils (DD). KXIP had a great start of the tournament, they won their first game romping over RPS.
The Sharma boys, Sandeep Sharma and Mohit Sharma gave a decent start to KXIP in the previous game, they need to pull off a similar effort against RCB’s destructive batting lineup as well.
Watson also registered their first win in IPL 10, they will be looking to keep it that way. They have finally worked out a winning combination, Tymal Mills too will be a key player in death overs, keeping in mind his ability to bowl unidentifiable slow deliveries.
