The 10th edition of the cash-rich cricket extravaganza Indian Premier League had a perfect start as the Sunrisers Hyderabad set a mammoth total of 207 runs with a loss of 4 wickets in the opening game against the Royal Challengers Bangalore at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on April 5.
For SRH, it was veteran Yuvraj Singh who smashed the RCB bowlers all around the park. Yuvraj in his 62 runs knock smashed 7 fours and 3 huge sixes.
Besides Yuvraj, Moises Henriques too completed his half century and managed to score 52 runs in 37 balls. During his stay in the middle, Henriques smashed 3 fours and 2 sixes.
Left-hander opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan also played some brilliant strokes as he added 40 vital runs in the team’s total. Shikjhar struck 5 fours during his stay.
For RCB, Tymal Mills, Aniket Choudhary, Yuzvendra Chahal and Staurt Binny grabbed the one wicket each respectively.
