IPL 2017 KKR vs KXIP Preview: Can KKR get back to winning ways at Eden Gardens?

IPL 2017, KXIPvKKR: Gautam Gambhir & Robin Utthappa will be looked up to to perform in the absence of Chris Lynn who will miss out due to a shoulder injury

One of the most sought-after team in this tournament Kolkata Knight Riders  will be taking on Kings XI Punjab, but now the knights have returned to their fortress Eden Gardens. The first two games they were playing away matches but now that they come to the Eden Gardens the crowd fervour will he high-octane. Kings XI Punjab have shown that they do have the ammunition to pose trophy threat this time round. The new captain Glenn Maxwell seems to be shouldering responsibility like never before and that really augurs well for the franchisee.

KKR bowling looked out-of shape in the last match and that is something they have to work on because you cannot go the distance in the tournament if the death overs bowling is weak.

From the KKR outfit Gautam Gambhir and Robin Utthappa will be looked up to to perform in the absence of Chris Lynn who will miss out due to a shoulder injury. Chris Lynn showed how dangerous he can be when he hit 8 sixes in the opening game for KKR. He of course will be missed but Manish Pandey and Yusuf Pathan should come to the party. Kuldeep Yadav should be good to counter the Maxwell menace. Kings XI Punjab will be eyeing to maintain the winning run, they will look at Max and Miller to stand up.
