Indian Premier League 2017, MI v DD: As we speak Delhi Daredevils have just lost the match but it was commendable to the fight they actually put up today

Very few grounds in a cricket-crazy country like India can match the Wankhade when it comes to crowd support. It seems the crowd plays the important 12th man for the team. Today, as Mumbai Indians host Delhi Daredevils at the Wankhade the crowd came in numbers. The stadium was packed to the rafters and we will show you why. Initially, Delhi Daredevils won the toss and asked hosts Mumbai Indians to bat first. Mumbai Indians put up a score of 142 for the Delhi Daredevils, which seemed to be a cakewalk for DD. But, when their innings started, they got of to one of the worst starts in IPL 10 till now. They were reeling at 24 for six but that is when Daredevils managed to put up a good show.

This shot is brought to you by the Mumbai cam, it is when Pollard hits a six when the crowd actually goes ballistic, and they are fluttering the MI flag which is blue and it seems they have painted the ground blue. The crowd going bonkers is a scene one can also witness at the iconic Eden Gardens which has huge frenzy because of the sport that is so popular there.

Finally, as we speak Delhi Daredevils have just lost the match but it was commendable to the fight they actually put up today. Chris Morris and Kagiso Rabada played out of their skins to get DD close.
