The 10th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) had a perfect start at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Wednesday. The first opening ceremony was quite entertaining as Bollywood actress Amy Jackson set the stage on fire with her sizzling performances on different Hindi songs. Even the first match, between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore, was quite enthralling. With the looks of the first day of IPL, it seems this season is going to be bombastic.
The second match is in Pune and so the opening ceremony. The grand event will see Riteish Deshmukh performing. The IPL 2017 opening ceremony will start at 6.30 pm in Pune before Rising Pune Supergiants and Mumbai Indians match at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium.
In the tenth season of IPL, there will be eight opening ceremonies at the home ground of each stadium. Gear up all you IPL fanatics as it is again going to be an evening of glamour. Though the previous editions have witnessed stars like Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone performing at the grand event, this time it’s the younger lot who have taken over.
