IPL 10 DD v KXIP: Karun Nair's flop show on the ground turns up the 'entertainment quotient' on Twitter!

Karun Nair's continuous downfall has given the Twitterati reason to dissect him on the micro-blogging site

Delhi Daredevils batsman Karun Nair became a batting sensation after he played a phenomenal knock of 30 against England in Chennai in December 2016. It seemed that India has found another player who has capabilities to play big and long innings. But was that just a flash of his skills? This is the only question what the entire nation is trying to know. After that splendid inning, which helped India to win the game against English guests, Karun Nair couldn’t even cross the 30 run benchmark in any of the games he played. Whether be it the test series against Australia or the ongoing Indian Premier League season 10, the highest amount of runs he has scored is 28.

His on-field heroics in Chennai against England let him in the Indian squad against Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Nair got the chance play 3 tests – Bangalore, Rachi, and Dharamsala – and scored 26, 1, 23, and 5 in the innings he played. In IPL 10, playing with Delhi Daredevils, Karun Nayar played 2 games out of 3 till April 15. In these two innings, he scored 4 in the first game against the Royal Challengers while he was dismissed for a golden duck in the next against the Kings XI Punjab.

And now, his continuous failure has become the hot talk of the town. Karun Nair indeed has the potential but he is failing to convert his chances into memorable ones. His downfall has given the Twitterati reason to dissect him on the micro-blogging site
