Watch: When Dhoni-Christian took a catch that exemplifies match awareness!

IPL 2017, DD vs RPS: Dan Christian grabbed at the ball, may be hard hands the ball popped out in a way which made it comfortable for Mahendra Singh Dhoni who was alert-as-ever

Today, Rising Pune Supergiant are taking on Kings XI Punjab in a match that has a lot at stakes for both the teams. For RPS it is a top-two finish at stake. RPS won the toss and opted to bowl first. Kings XI Punjab got of to a nightmarish start, a start they would have never dreamt of. Guptill was out of the very first ball of the match. From there it was only downhill for KXIP. There was  a stage when they was looking to fold out within 50, well that did not happen but then they were out for 73. This season has seen many teams fold out for paltry scores. The score was 69 for 7 and they were looking to somehow tick 120 to stand a chance to compete.

Unadkat was bowling and Unadkat mind you earlier in the day took a blinder of a catch to dismiss Rahul Tewatia. He was bowling to Swapnil Singh who is not a recognised batsman. The ball was a typical left handers ball holding its line and leaving the right hander. Swapnil followed the, delivery, which bounced a touch more than he expected, it came of the outside edge to Dan Christian who was positioned at first slip.
