Cricket matches between India and Australia are always exciting to watch, not just because of the teams’ performances but for the onfield sledging as well. Those are the moments that fans take away from the matches. Same sort of thing happened during the second One-Day International between two of the strongest sides in the world of cricket. Indian skipper Virat Kohli was seen having a heated conversation with Australian wicketkeeper Matthew Wade and all-rounder Marcus Stoinis during the first innings.
The incident happened during the 33rd over of the Indian innings. Kedhar Jadhav was on strike and was beaten by an outside delivery by Stonis. Matthew Wade, who was keeping the stumps, failed to collect and return the ball. Instead, he hung his head down and was disappointed with himself for not catching it cleanly. In the meantime, Kohli, who was at the non-striker’s end, called Jadhav and took a single before Wade could throw the ball as it was not called ‘dead’ by the on-field umpire. Virat’s move amused both bowler and the wicket-keeper.
Soon after Stonis completed his over, Matthew Wade was spotted exchanging heated words with Virat Kohli. Unfortunately for them, their conversation was caught on the stump mic.
Wade said,
I might have a cry like you. I might go to the dressing rooms and have a good cry like you. Everyone has to feel sorry for you.

Later, in the 47th over of Indian innings, a no-ball decision created another flutter when India all-rounder Hardik Pandya was claimed to have been dismissed by the Australians in a dead ball situation, which was eventually turned down by the on-field umpires.
Pandya was on 19 when his miss-hit off a full toss went straight into Steve Smith’s hands at cover. It had started drizzling by then and Pandya, without realising that it was a no ball, started walking back to the dressing room.
The tourists grabbed the opportunity with skipper Steve Smith throwing the ball to bowler Kane Richardson, who took the bails off with Pandya nowhere near the crease.
The Aussies appealed for a run-out but the umpires, after some time, decided the delivery was dead.
