It has been almost 12 years now that we have been seeing Mahendra Singh Dhoni playing for India. He debuted after a lot of struggle and then gradually became the captain of the men in blue. Under his captaincy, we won the ICC World T20 2007, ICC World Cup 2011, ICC Champions Trophy 2013 and numerous bilateral and triangular series across the world. On January 4, 2017, he stepped down from the responsibility which he carried on his shoulders for 9 long years. However, the love, affection and support for our MAHI never lessened.
We still love seeing him batting at whatever number he comes in the order. Whenever he enters the field, the people present over there shout in unison – “Dhoni, Dhoni”. We saw him getting out for a duck in his debut match and then smashing the Pakistani bowlers in just the 5th game of his career. His ‘Helicopter Shot’ is yet unmatched or uncopied and his style of finishing the games with a six is simply phenomenal.
The youth of the nation, especially girls, fell in love with his long hairs. In fact, former President of Pakistan, General Parvez Musharraf couldn’t stop himself adoring his long hairs. And as soon as he lifted the first ever T20 World Cup, he got his hairs straightened his hairs and it was a ‘BAWAAL’!

I know, by now, most of you have gone in a nostalgic state. It’s pretty obvious for the cricket fans, especially for the Dhoni fans out there. And here comes the reprise. As soon as MS Dhoni became a celebrity, he started endorsing several brands and shot ads for the same.
