Novak Djokovic, who is currently ranked world No. 4 in men’s singles tennis, will be far happier dating one of Bollywood’s leading actress Deepika Padukone, claims tennis star’s alleged ex-girlfriend Natasa Bekvalac. According to Daily Mail, Natasa Bekvalac allegedly said that ‘Djokovic would be happier dating Deepika Padukone’. In March 2016, Deepika Padukone was spotted with Djokovic in Los Angeles. The duo was even clicked while leaving ‘The Nice Guy’ bar in Los Angeles together in a black chauffeur-driven car. According to the reports, Deepika Padukone met the tennis star while she was shooting for her movie xXx: Return of Xander Cage.
However, back then, the foreign media failed to recognise Deepika Padukone and they mentioned her as ‘Djokovic’s Female Companion’ in their headline. They made the necessary changes after they faced the heat from Deepika’s fans on social media site Twitter.
At that time, Djokovic told the media that Deepika Padukone who last seen in Bollywood flick Tamasha alongside her ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor was his wife’s friend Jelena Ristic, even though Jelena was not present there. Djokovic and Jelena got married in 2014. According to the reports, the couple is expecting their second child.
