Rubber ball, jogging, stroke play: Watch how Kohli’s men prepare for Kolkata

The Indian Team is leaving no stones unturned to prepare for the second Test against New Zealand at Kolkata’s iconic Eden Gardens.

Kolkata’s pitch will be completely different than Kanpur. It is understood that the pitch will not be spin-heavy. There was a little greenery on the surface, which the Indian management reportedly wished to do away with it.

Kohli’s men are preparing for any eventuality. Dealing with slow bounce is one of the contingencies Indians are preparing for.

“ We play three formats. We play in a flow. So, it is important to work on skills that we already know. It is about repeating things that we know,” he told reporters.

“ It is about bringing stability in your game which you already have. It is all about wanting to control the ball that is bouncing but not coming up with pace,” he added.
