Talk of tongue-in-cheek, or desi wit to ripping bowlers on-the-field in his prime: This is something Virender Sehwag does like ‘it’s a piece of cake’. Well, he has an opinion and a take on matters ranging from cricket to ISRO’s world record launch. Well informed, that is how one may put it. Whatever be the case, the limelight is always on the ‘butcher from Najafgarh’—the way commentators touted him as in his prime.
Nowadays, he commentates, appears on a cricket talk show, spends time with his family in movie theatres and also keeps a keen eye and nose on things that are happening in and around him. Isn’t that damn good? I guess, yes!
Today was a historic day for India as they achieved a world record feat by launching a mammoth 104 satellites even as most of the nano-satellites are from foreign countries. As we speak, we get to hear that ISRO is also mulling the idea of missions to Jupiter and Venus.
In a bid to take a stance and put forth his point of view, Virender Sehwag took to Twitter and tweeted.
Ek hi baar mein poore Ek Sau Chaar.
Congratulations #ISRO for launching a record 104 satellites in a single mission.#ProudIndian pic.twitter.com/rJDjuRAOW4— Virender Sehwag (@virendersehwag) February 15, 2017
His tweet was a congratulatory tweet which read, “Ek hi baar mein poore Ek Sau Chaar. Congratulations #ISRO for launching a record 104 satellites in a single mission. #ProudIndian
Amusing that some politicians that considered #ISRO and India’s space missions ‘a waste’, are now congratulating them.

He used Hindi to describe it and the beauty of the tweet was the rhymic manner in which he put it in. That is witty, literally, take a bow Sehwag!
