Imran Tahir may have not age on his side but his energy and passion can make up for it. Tahir’s wild celebrations after taking a wicket are to watch out for. If you’re at the stadium and Tahir is playing, it is guaranteed that he will run towards the audience every time gets a wicket, no matter what the situation of game is.
While other players often try to catch him mid-celebration and congratulate him for the wicket, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper MS Dhoni has given up on chasing him. Dhoni explained in the post-match presentation why he and Shane Watson wait for Tahir’s celebrations to end to congratulate him: “It’s great fun to watch him (Tahir) celebrate. We have made it very clear to him that me and (Shane) Watson are never coming to him because more often that not, when he gets a wicket, he runs to the other side. With me and Watson, it’s quite difficult since we are not 100 percent fit. So, we just say very well done and go back to our positions. The good thing is he finishes the lap quickly and comes back to bowl.”

MS Dhoni has used the Proteas leg-spinner to the best of his abilities that he is a regular in the side. The 40-year-old is currently second in the race of most wickets in this Indian Premier League (IPL) season with 21 wickets from 13 games. The CSK leggie registered his IPL career-best bowling figures yesterday (4 for 12) against Delhi Capitals (DC) leading to a major batting collapse.
