It won’t be wrong if it is said that every Indian cricket fan would wish that Kaif could be the fielding coach of Team India in near future. After all, he served as the fielding coach for the Gujarat Lions in the recently concluded tenth edition of the Indian Premier League.
Till date, Mohammed Kaif is known to be one of the best fielders Team India had or could have. In the early 200s, Kaif not only stunned the opponents with his supernatural fielding skills but also won some crucial games including the Natwest series final game against England in 2002.
In his international career, Kaif played 25 ODIs and 13 Tests for India, during which he took a total of 69 catches. Currently, Kaif is an active domestic cricketer and captain of the Chhattisgarh Ranji team.
