Save the dates folks and two of the biggest e-commerce websites in India– Amazon and Flipkart– are going on sales. While Amazon India’s ‘Great Indian Sale’ will begin on May 11, 2017, and offer great surprises to customers until May 14, 2017, Flipkart’s ‘Big 10 Sale’, that marks the e-retailer’s 10th anniversary in the e-commerce market, will begin on May 14, 2017, and end on May 18, 2017.
As a part of their sales season, Flipkart is offering 10 percent instant discounts on the purchase made via HDFC bank credit cards. On the other hand, Amazon India is offering 15 percent addition cashback on the purchase via its app using the Citi bank credit and debit cards and a 10 percent discount on purchase via the Amazon India site using the Citi bank credit and debit cards.
