On February 6, Sasikala Natarajan was appointed as the Legislature Party leader. Tha AIADMK further announced that she is all set to replace O Panneerselvam and be the next Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. Earlier today, the Governor of the state accepted Panneerselvam’s resignation and asked him to continue till the further arrangements are made. However, her sudden rise in the party after the death of former Chief Minister of the state, Jayalalithaa has raised quite a few eyebrows.
While the opposition parties have opposed to her being appointed as the Chief Minister, some of them have expressed their displeasure or amusement over this sudden development through poems and sarcastic jibes. Take a look.
