Gurugram is soon going to become a place of worship for all photography lovers.
And how you may ask is this going to happen?
Well its simple, the city is soon going to get world’s largest museum devoted to the history of cameras.
Excited?!
Delhi-based photographer and historian Aditya Arya, who runs Museo Camera in Gurugram, in collaboration with the Gurugram Municipal Corporation, is coming up with ‘The Museo Camera – Centre of Photography’. The centre will be spread over 15,000 square feet and will display Arya’s collection of 800 vintage cameras and over 1,000 print ads dating back to mid-1800s.
The museum will also showcase the works of famous photographers including Raghu Rai, Kulwant Roy and Pablo Bartholomew.
So save the date folks ‘coz the centre is all set to open in November 2016!
