Miss India Earth 2013 Sobhita Dhulipala may have won accolades for her first film, Anurag Kashyap’s thriller ‘Raman Raghav 2.0’ starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui, but strangely unlike other debutantes, hasn’t been in the public eye all that much. Her film was critically acclaimed, even receiving a standing ovation at Cannes Film Festival, 2016. Her portrayal of Smrutika Naidi as actor Vicky Kaushal’s (who plays a cop) on-again-off-again girlfriend, received positive reviews. She has reportedly signed a three-film deal with Phantom so we’re likely to see more of her in the future.
