Now that the summers are back, everybody’s focus has shifted on the air conditioners. What was once a luxury, has now become a necessity. However, not everybody can buy an AC due to high prices and the fear of excessive electricity consumption.
As the mercury soars, battling the scorching heat becomes an extremely difficult task for the people of Rajasthan. The summer season does not make any effort to go easy on people and the rising mercury brings with it a whole host of problems including general discomfort and some serious health issues.
For these people, inventors Rahul, Deven and Sahil (RDS)’s new innovation will prove to be a breath of fresh air. These youth have found out a new way of converting a cooler into an air conditioner. Aged between 20-22, these guys are planning to roll out these ACs so that the people can afford them easily.
Notably, Rahul, Devem and Sahil never attended college. They have only studied till class XII. But not going to the college didn’t stop these friends from continuing their scientific experiments and as a result, they have now successfully built an AC from a cooler.
Apart from making an AC, these boys are also working on projects in which they can generate electricity from plants, potatoes, tomatoes and lemons. How amazing is that? People from several quarters have appreciated their work and have urged them to promote digital education in Rajasthan, as well as India.
Apart from these experiments, RDS have also made several applications for smartphones, related to the field of health, sports, news and religion. They have also made an anti-theft device which can be kept in shops and houses to prevent burglary.
