Shashi Tharoor just dropped his first baffling word for 2018- ‘troglodyte’

After dropping ‘Exasperating farrago of distortions, misrepresentations and outright lies being broadcast by an unprincipled showman masquerading as a journalist‘ last year, Shashi Tharoor is back with his first abstruse, recherche locution of 2018 (read: difficult word): troglodyte.

A little background: The founder-president of Bajrang Dal, Vinay Katiyar, recently stirred up a controversy after saying that the iconic Taj Mahal will soon be renamed as ‘Tej Mandir’:

Shashi Tharoor took to Twitter to respond to Katiyar’s comment in a quintessential Tharoor way- using incomprehensible vocabulary. While referring to Vinay Katiyar’s comment, the MP used the word “troglodytes” in his tweet as he replied to a journalist’s tweet.
