Amul and Indian Railway Ministry’s ‘utterly butterly’ business deal on Twitter leaves people delighted

Amul and Indian Railway Ministry's business deal on Twitter can be termed as anything but boring. Their light banter surely delighted the Twitter junta.

Business deals can be boring and the process of making one sounds even more boring. But Amul and Indian Railway Ministry’s business deal done on Twitter can be termed as anything but boring. Amul, which is known for its witty advertisements, proposed a business deal to the Ministry of Railways about using Indian Railways’ refrigerated parcel vans for transporting Amul butter across Indian cities. Their tweet read: “@RailMinIndia, Amul is interested in using refrigerated parcel vans to transport Amul Butter across India. Request to please advise.”

To this Indian Railways Ministry responded in the wittiest possible way. Whoever handles the Indian Railway Ministry’s social media handle undoubtedly possesses a good sense of humour, because the response went something like : “IR will be utterly butterly delighted to get the taste of India to every Indian.”

The rest of the conversation was a ‘normal’ one but this light banter surely delighted the Twitter junta.
