And both, the music director Pritam Chakraborty and lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya deserve a huge applause for it. A beautiful and melodious compilation of the title track Ae Dil Hai Mushkil by foreigners from Afghanistan, Palestine, Indonesia, Oman, Decomcratic Republic of Congo and Nepal will definitely sweep you off your feet. A YouTube channel has picked up bits of videos by various artistes all over the world performing the song and the result is just so perfect. Our personal favourites being the Omani and the Afghani artistes.

Singers Ayu Ting Ting (Indonesia), Haitham Rafi (Oman), Nicky Karki (Nepal), Pianoman Su Yang (Democratic Republic of Congo), Lina Sleibi (Jordan and Palestine) and Mozhdah Jamalzadah (Afghanistan) have done complete justice to the song sung by Bollywood singer Arijit Singh. Each and every singer is so perfect that for a moment you might just forget that the song was sung by Arijit.
