Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and Bollywood singer Sonu Nigam’s song ‘Cricket Wali Beat’ which was released three days back has gone viral with over 2 million views on YouTube and Sachin has thanked his fans on twitter for their love. The song sung by Sachin features Sonu Nigam, and is composed by Shamir Tandon for Sachin’s . The lyrics are quite plain and simple and may be it has been done keeping in mind that it is Master Blaster’s first singing attempt.
In fact, in one of the lines, Sachin almost lists out the name of all the cricketers he has played with during the World Cups. As the description in the YouTube video goes ‘ Through this song Sachin will not only be heard crooning vocals but will also be heard expressing gratitude to the country’s greatest cricketing stars as he mentions every single player he played his 6 World Cups with.’ The song may not be melodious but it is peppy and catchy!
