This isn’t the first time that the current Minister of External Affairs, Sushma Swaraj has received a request from common people asking to be rescued. People from across the world have made impromptu requests to her on Twitter asking for help. With almost nine million followers, Sushma Swaraj has made it to the list of most followed world leaders. What has managed to impress her growing number of followers is her prompt response. It can be a problem with your passport, or visa issues or even a humanitarian crisis, Sushma Swaraj’s Twitter timeline has increasingly been flooded with requests asking for some form of aid or the other.
Currently, the minister is in news because her quick response to SOS appeals have been catching quite a bit of attention. This guy apparently got so bored while watching Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma’s latest film, Jab Harry Met Sejal and he couldn’t help but reach out to her. The man in question, Vishal Surywanshi, was so exhausted and by this Imtiaz Ali directorial he decided he needed to be rescued. Although we think a refund would have been more suitable.
Vishal’s tweet gained a lot of traction on Twitter and people have swooped in with their own little jokes:
