Sooraj Barjatya’s super sanskaari Hum Saath Saath Hain has caught millennials’ fancy yet again and how. Hum Saath Saath Hain‘s song, ‘Ye Toh Sach Hai Ke Bhagwan Hai’ is all over internet with ‘rehashed’ and ‘re-imagined’ versions, one of them being Bob Marley’s ‘I am a smoke a de ganja all d time’. Twitter has yet again taken over the responsibility and memes are pouring in relating the song’s line ‘Ye Toh Sach Hai Ke Bhagwan Hai’ to the funniest of things.

The song was never popular with the youngsters, even when the movie came out in 1999 but social media access wasn’t that prevalent back then and hence the movie with its uber-sanskaari preaching got away easily. But not anymore.
