Devwrat Anand Jategaonkar, an Indian chef of Travel Food Services (TFS) stuns everyone by creating a Guinness World Record by building world’s largest margarine sculpture. The enormous structure resonates the supreme trinity—Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver, and Shiva the destroyer—and is inspired from the Trimurti of Elephanta. The gigantic structure took almost 10 days for completion and chef Devwrat duly created the sculpture with utmost precision and care. His rigorous efforts of butter sculpting and adding intricate details to the Trimurti were successful when the sculpture emerged beautifully carved and polished. The gigantic trinity was showcased at Santacruz Airport, in Mumbai on February 24 to mark the occasion of Maha Shivratri.
Reportedly, the structure is 6 ft. 1 inch tall and 8 feet 2 inch long and weighs a massive 1500 Kg. The video (below) features the making of the sculpture. The chef explains in the video that how he wants to portray Indian philosophy and says the making the Trimurti would be a “lifetime memory” for him. Chef Devwrat works at Travel Food Services, India’s largest travel food retail company. Apparently, he is also the first Indian to win a silver medal at IKA Culinary Olympics in 2012.
