Facebook, now wants you to share a bit more with your close friends. Apparently, the social media giant, which constantly rolls out new features to customise your profile and enhance your experience, has silently launched a new feature that asks you some random questions.
The questions, which are fairly simple, include a mix of questions about your choices like ‘My comfort food is…’ and some hypothetical questions like ‘If I were invisible for a day, I’d…’.
Check out some of the examples here:
About the feature
You can find this feature, below the ‘Featured Album’ section on your profile page. To answer the questions, all you have to do is click on the ‘Add Answer’ button, which is posted as an image with a colourful background. You can even select the friends who will be able to view your post.

Beware of oversharing
The new feature asks more direct and detailed questions and hence could be aimed at extracting information from users so that it can become a part of advertiser profiles, warns TechCrunch.

tbh connection
The new feature is the reminiscent of the anonymous compliment app ‘tbh’ which the company bought in October this year. The app was targeted at high-school students and was available only in App Store in the United States.
