Weekends can be fun especially when you are out with your friends late night drinking and dining at some fine dine restaurant. But this can also take a toll your pockets, especially if you party frequently. But worry not as Zomato has launched a premium membership program called Zomato Gold in UAE that claims to offer consumers a ‘premium nightlife experience’.
As a part of the offer, consumers would get two drinks at the price of one on any day of the week event during the peak hours. What’s more? You can enjoy up to two rounds of 1+1 on any beverage at any partner restaurants, and you can visit each partner more than once. “The 1+1 benefit can get you 4 drinks for the price of 2 at any of our partners on a single visit, and thus double the value,” Zomato co-founder Pankaj Chaddah wrote in an official blog post.
Zomato has partnered with more than 200 restaurants including the ones in popular locations such as JLT, Barsha, DIFC, Downtown Dubai, Trade Centre and Deira across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to make night outs pocket-friendly and fun for all its users.
Zomato Gold is offering three introductory membership plans– 3 months for AED 99 (Rs 1,700 approx), 6 months for AED 149 (Rs 2,600 approx) and 12 months for AED 229 (Rs 4,000 approx).
However, you will have to wait till June till the food discovery and ordering website launches the program in India. “Gold will arrive in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore somewhere around June,” Chaddah added. Zomato Gold was launched in Lisbon a fortnight ago and the company plans to launch it in Melbourne, Johannesburg and Istanbul soon!
