Hunger often makes us do crazy things. From eating anything available in the fridge (even if it is kadva karela) to ordering yummy pizzas and cheesy garlic bread (how about some pizza for lunch?) via food-ordering apps even when you are on a strict diet, hunger pangs can cause serious troubles at times.
Something similar happened in the case of Krisshna Sarswat. Sarswat had ordered food on Zomato but when it took longer than usual to reach, he took the matters into his own hands and contacted Zomato’s Customer Care service. What happened next will leave you in splits.
Not only did the customer care ‘bot’ respond promptly and rather sweetly, but going by the way the conversation went, the even ‘flirted’ with Sarswat (jealous much?!). Sarswat was so happy with the entire conversation that he took snap shots of the chat and shared them on Facebook (after all, it’s not every day that you get to flirt with a chat bot!).
However, the most yummilicous part of the entire conversation is that the 25-year-old Sarswat, who is a corporate lawyer based in South Delhi, got 400 credit points on Zomato (Yay!).
“Dear World, Behold the most interesting Zomato chat. This indeed was the best Bot chat/customer support chat I ever had. WAY TO GO ZOMATO, you got some funny wits on keyboard. Thanks for 400 credits. #zomato. Laughed hard all way through it. Swiggy- Pay heed now,” he wrote in an ecstatic Facebook post.
