Samsung is hosting an event in New Delhi on June 14, where it is expected to launch two new mid-range Galaxy J (2017) series smartphones. The Korean electronics giant is expected to launch– Galaxy J7 Max and Galaxy J7 Pro smartphones in India. The two smartphones will feature company’s Pay Mini payment solution in India along with features like Ultra Data Saving (UDS) and S-bike modes.
Unlike Samsung Pay which works on selected smartphones, Samsung’s Pay Mini is designed to work on all Android smartphones that feature HD display and run on Android 5.0 Lollipop and above. However, we will have to wait till the company formally announces Pay Mini to know how it works.

Galaxy J7 Pro will feature a 5.5-inch full HD Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass. The phone will be powered by Samsung’s 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 system on chip (SoC) and run on Android 7.0 Nougat. It will sport 3GB RAM and 32GB internal memory which will be expandable using a microSD card. The device will support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS for connectivity and it will be backed by a 3,600 mAh battery. In terms of camera, the phone will feature a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 13 MP selfie camera.

Galaxy J7 Max, on the other hand, will feature a bigger 5.7-inch full HD display. The phone will be powered by a MediaTek processor. It will sport 4GB RAM and 32GB internal memory. Just like Galaxy J7 Pro, the phone is likely to feature a 13 MP primary camera along with a 13MP secondary camera.
