Have you ever wondered what it would be like to shoot an arrow with the Hawkeye, throw a punch with the Hulk, kill like the Black Widow, hit the hammer like the Thor and blast off your enemies like the Ironman? What if you could fight alongside the Marvel superheroes and save the world? Excited?!
Well, the good news is that Marvel Entertainment is collaborating with Final Fantasy series publisher Square Enix for a multi-year, multi-game partnership titled– “The Avengers Project”. Joining Mavel in its latest venture are the developers of the award-winning Tomb Raider series Crystal Dynamics and Deus Ex developer Eidos-Montréal.
The announcement regarding the game was made via a tweet that introduced ‘The Avengers Project’ along with the trailer of the game that shows the marvel world collapsing and the superheroes going down. Marvel Entertainment is being tight-lipped about the entire project. However, what we do is that the game would feature a completely original story. “More details on The Avengers project and other games will be announced in 2018,” Marvel Entertainment wrote in the YouTube description of the trailer.

Marvel Entertainment is not the first series that is bringing its superhero universe to the gaming world for the fans and fanatics who just can’t get enough of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman among others. Warner Bros released a power-packed trailer of its game ‘Injustice 2’, which is a sequel to its game ‘Injustice: Gods Among Us’ in June last year. ‘Injustice 2’ will be available for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One later this year.
