Vodafone customers have another reason to celebrate now! The telecom giant has announced a new plan under which it is offering its subscribers free Netflix subscription for up to a year. Excited already? Tapping into the growing popularity of Netflix in India, Vodafone has announced a new plan for its RED postpaid customers under which the subscribers who opt for a plan of Rs 1,299 or above are eligible to get Netflix subscription for a year as a free gift.
How can I get the free Netflix subscription?
You can avail the benefits of the special plan either by visiting the Vodafone India online store or by texting ‘Netflix’ to 199 from their Vodafone RED postpaid numbers. The eligible subscribers will also get Rs 500 credited to their Netflix account every month.
What are the plans available?
As mentioned earlier, all Vodafone RED postpaid subscribers are eligible for the free Netflix subscription. The free gift is available on four packs which are valued at Rs 1,299, Rs 1,699, Rs 1,999 and Rs 2,999 each. Here are the details of the plans eligible for the free Netflix subscription:

- As a part of the Rs 1,299 plans, the subscribers will get 20GB data with 30GB welcome data, unlimited local and STD calls, free incoming and outgoing calls and 100 national and local SMSs.
- On the other hand, the subscribers who opt for a Rs 1,699 pack will get 16GB data with 4GB 4G welcome data along with unlimited local and STD calls, free incoming and outgoing calls, and 100 national and local SMSs.
- The subscribers who for a plan of Rs 1,999 will get 20GB data with 4GB 4G welcome data, unlimited local and STD calls, free incoming and outgoing calls and 100 national and local SMSs.
- The subscribers who opt for a pack of Rs 2, 999 will get 30GB data with 10GB 4G welcome data along with other benefits available as a part of the plan.

For reference, Vodafone RED is the telecom operator’s special postpaid service, as a part of which the company offers special data and call benefits to all its subscribers.
