Looks like the entire world is grooving on British songwriter and singer, Ed Sheeran’s foot-tapping number Shape of You and obsessively making amazing dance videos and covers of the hit number. An Indian singer and music composer Gajendra Verma has jumped on the bandwagon and done the same and how. Verma, who was the music director of the easily forgettable Bollywood movie, Table No 21, posted an amazingly catchy mash-up of Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You, Mann Mera from his own movie, and A R Rahman’s Urvashi Urvashi and Kabhi Kabhi Aditi.
Gajendra Verma shot to fame with his video ‘Tune Mere Jaana Kabhi Nahi Jaana/Emptiness’ on YouTube, posted in 2013, which has garnered over 9 million views now. Coming back to the mash-up, Gajendra Verma posted the video on his twitter page and his fans couldn’t stop raving about it. Here’s what they had to say:
