Only this time, they have decided to match their level with International food festivals. So all of you bon vivants, mark the dates because this festival is here to serve your gluttony. We bring you 5 reasons why you shouldn’t miss this amazing festival:
- It’s All About Love
Food is love, right? Food is one thing that unites us all. That too, street food (Mhmm!) what better than spending three days stuffing delicious culinary delicacies. So, breathe in the savory aromas and your taste buds take a bow at your decision. Loosen your guards and let the inner Joey out.
- Diversify!
Brace yourself! Exquisite chatwaalas from 25 states are rushing here in full speed, armed with garnishes of all kinds. Gol Gappas, Sev Puri, Aloo Tikki and spicy fish curry to Litti Chokha and steamy Momos–everything from gastronomically rich places of India.
- INDIAN OCEAN IS PERFORMING
Some great rock music with your gastronomical journey at the food fest is paradise. That too when it is the most famous Indian rock band, Indian Ocean. So get ready to tranquilise your senses with some perfect ambiance.
- It’s all Cashless
Cash-crunch hitting you? Worry not, this time it’s going to be cashless. Thanks to Modiji (pun intended), the association made sure that the vendors get a proper workshop on online payments. Grab your turkey pants and download Mobikwik.
- Meet the Masters
We have all grown up watching Sanjeev Kapoor giving basic culinary lessons and providing delicious recipes. It’s your chance to meet the masters. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and Kunal Kapur are the star attraction of the festival.
